| All students should be reading independently and / or out loud for 20 minutes (minimum) 6 days a week in order to reach their reading goal for the trimester. Their goals are written in the front of their reading journals. Reading goals are based on individual fluency rates. |
| Week of May 12- May 16 MONDAY Spelling: Unit 33 pretest: Write the words missed on the pretest correctly 5 times each. Do this right on the pretest paper. Math: TUESDAY : Spelling: Unit 33, page 205 (1-14) Math: practice facts Reading: finish vocabulary definitions for Farmer Boy Chapter 17 and read for 20+ minutes. Science: draft for animal report is due on Friday. Please see the handouts and examples provided for guidance with this project.
